We have a 30 day return policy.  You can contact us within 30 days of purchase to return a product.  Product must be in new condition in original packaging. If you contact us to begin a return within 7 days of receiving your product, we will refund your original shipping/handling cost when we receive your return.  After 7 days you will receive a refund for your item cost only.  You are responsible for return shipping cost and are responsible for the item until it reaches us. 

When you return an item please include the packing slip along with a note explaining the reason for your return so we will know how to process the item.

If the item is defective or damaged when it reaches you, we will pay the return shipping as well as refund the original shipping and pay the cost of shipping a replacement.

Please contact us for the appropriate address to return your item too if it was shipped from other then our U.K warehouse address as listed on the Impressum page.
